# Top Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in under half an hour, which means you can have dinner on the table before anyone starts getting hangry.
  • The tangy BBQ sauce and melted mozzarella create this sweet-savory combo that somehow works every single time.
  • You can customize the toppings based on what you have around, making it endlessly flexible.
  • It doubles as a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a satisfying weeknight meal without any fuss.
02 -
  • Don't overload the flatbread with toppings or the base will turn soggy instead of crispy, learned that the hard way on a particularly generous night.
  • Let the flatbreads cool for just a minute or two before slicing, otherwise the cheese will slide right off and you'll lose half your toppings on the cutting board.
  • If your flatbreads are on the thicker side, add an extra two to three minutes of baking time to make sure they crisp up properly.
03 -
  • Use rotisserie chicken to save time and add extra flavor, the seasoning on store-bought rotisserie is already perfect for this.
  • Preheat your baking sheet in the oven for a few minutes before adding the flatbreads if you want an extra crispy bottom.
  • Drizzle a little extra BBQ sauce right before serving instead of baking it on, it keeps the sauce vibrant and adds a fresh hit of flavor.
