Sweet peaches, creamy Brie, and BBQ sauce elevate this easy flatbread perfect for summer grilling and sharing.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 2 large store-bought or homemade flatbreads, such as naan or pizza crust

→ Toppings

02 - 2 medium ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
03 - 6 ounces Brie cheese, sliced
04 - 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1/3 cup barbecue sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
08 - 1/4 cup arugula, optional
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish (optional)

10 - 2 tablespoons honey
11 - 1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts

# How To Make:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat, approximately 400°F.
02 - Brush peach slices with olive oil and grill for 1 to 2 minutes per side until grill marks appear and fruit is slightly softened. Remove and set aside.
03 - Lightly brush both sides of flatbreads with olive oil. Place flatbreads directly on the grill and heat for 1 to 2 minutes per side until warm and slightly crisp. Remove from grill.
04 - Spread barbecue sauce evenly over each flatbread base.
05 - Distribute grilled peach slices, Brie cheese, and sliced red onion evenly across the flatbreads.
06 - Return assembled flatbreads to the grill. Close lid and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.
07 - Remove from grill and let cool for 1 minute. Top with torn basil, arugula, a drizzle of honey, and toasted pine nuts if desired. Season with freshly ground black pepper, then slice and serve immediately.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • The way the Brie melts into the BBQ sauce is a secret combination that always surprises people.
  • This recipe doubles as an appetizer or main, which is honestly a lifesaver on relaxed summer evenings.
02 -
  • I learned the hard way that turning your back on the grill for even a minute can mean burned bread and wasted cheese.
  • Adding honey after grilling rather than before saved me from a sticky, smoky mess—don’t skip this order!
03 -
  • Slice peaches just before grilling to prevent browning and keep them juicy.
  • Don’t overload the flatbread—less is more when it comes to melting Brie and avoiding sogginess.
