11 - 1 garlic clove, minced
12 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
13 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
14 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
15 - 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

# How To Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Toss frozen fries with olive oil and BBQ seasoning blend until evenly coated. Spread fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
04 - While fries bake, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, parsley, dill, minced garlic, lemon juice, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended and refrigerate until serving.
05 - Remove fries from oven and immediately sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Transfer cheesy fries to a serving platter and sprinkle with sliced spring onions.
07 - Serve hot with homemade ranch dip on the side.

# Top Tips:

01 -
  • Everything crisps up in one pan, so theres almost nothing to clean afterward.
  • The homemade ranch tastes leagues better than anything from a bottle and takes less than five minutes to whisk together.
  • You can double or triple the batch without any extra effort, making it perfect for last minute gatherings.
  • The BBQ seasoning adds a smoky sweetness that keeps people reaching for just one more fry.
02 -
  • Dont overcrowd the baking sheet or the fries will steam instead of crisp, use two sheets if you need to.
  • Add the cheese only after the fries are fully cooked, otherwise it can burn before the fries are done.
  • Let the ranch sit in the fridge for at least 10 minutes before serving, the flavors deepen and the texture thickens beautifully.
03 -
  • For extra smoky flavor, add a pinch of smoked paprika to both the fries and the ranch dip.
  • If you dont have fresh herbs for the ranch, use half the amount of dried herbs and let the dip sit longer to rehydrate them.
  • Grate your own cheese from a block instead of using pre shredded, it melts smoother and doesnt have the anti caking agents that can make it grainy.
