Frozen Yogurt Berry Bark (Printable)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt, full-fat or low-fat

→ Sweetener

02 - 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), chopped if large

# How To Make:

01 - Line a 9x13 inch rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and honey until fully combined.
03 - Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet to approximately 1/4 inch thickness.
04 - Scatter the berries evenly over the yogurt, gently pressing them in.
05 - Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until completely firm.
06 - Remove from the freezer and break or cut into desired pieces.
07 - Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
