# Top Tips:

01 -
  • Blending up pineapple and coconut creates the kind of drink you’ll crave all week—just don’t tell everyone it’s embarrassingly easy.
  • Its vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free base means everyone gets a glass without compromise.
02 -
  • If you leave the drink to sit, it will separate, so always give it a good stir before pouring—trust me, this can make all the difference between silky and stodgy.
  • Once I tried using only coconut milk and skipped the coconut water—it ended up far too rich and heavy, so that lighter touch makes the flavors truly pop.
03 -
  • I found out that freezing pineapple chunks ahead of time gives you a colder, almost slushie-like drink without extra ice dilution.
  • Chilling every ingredient—not just the liquids—makes the whole batch extra crisp and deeply refreshing.
