# How To Make:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, beat together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add half of the dry ingredient mixture to the butter mixture, followed by half of the milk. Repeat with remaining flour mixture and milk, mixing until just combined.
- Divide batter evenly among muffin cups, filling each approximately two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, mixing well. Add milk and vanilla extract, then beat until fluffy. Divide into portions and tint with food coloring as desired.
- Apply buttercream frosting evenly to the top surface of each cooled cake.
- Cut marshmallows in half for ears, position pink candies for noses, place mini chocolate chips for eyes, and add shredded coconut or sprinkles for grass base. Apply white chocolate chips or melted candy for bunny teeth if desired.
- Place decorated cakes on a serving platter, garnishing the platter with additional shredded coconut or sprinkles for a festive appearance.
